Anne Dieruf graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Kappa Phi from Montana State University (MSU) with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1999. While attending Montana State, Anne was recognized by the MSU Alumni Association and Bozeman Chamber of Commerce with the Award for Excellence for outstanding academic and community work. She also received the MSU Goetz Award in 1999, given to the top graduating senior in the department of political science. Anne attended law school at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington, where she graduated with honors in 2003. In 2004, Anne was recognized by Washington State Law and Politics (published by SuperLawyers) as a “Rising Star”; an award given to the elite, up-and-coming attorneys in the state.
Anne was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2003 and the Colorado Bar in 2005. She spent three years working as a law clerk and associate attorney at the Washington law office of Rogers & Fleck, PLLC, before moving to Colorado to join the firm of Gilbert, Ollanik, & Komyatte, P.C, in 2005.
Anne is the Co-Founder and President of the Cody Dieruf Benefit Foundation, a non-profit organization providing emotional and financial support to children and young adults in the Mountain West living with the genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Anne and her husband Levi actively seek to raise awareness of CF through the Foundation, which was established in honor of Anne’s sister-in-law, Cody, who lost her courageous battle with CF in 2005, at the age of 23.
Anne and Levi, who live in Denver, Colorado, also enjoy spending time outdoors and love history, art, and travel.
